Job summary

European Hematology Association (EHA) is seeking a Membership Engagement Manager to orchestrate onboarding, participation, renewal, and re-engagement across the member lifecycle. You will leverage CRM data and member insights to enhance communications, services, and value delivered to members.

The role emphasizes collaboration with committees and external partnerships, driving sustainable growth and a high-quality, international member experience within a hybrid work model in The Hague.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years’ experience in membership, subscription, customer engagement, community management, or similar environment.
• Experience translating data/feedback into practical improvements.
• Strong relationship-building and communication of membership benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate membership engagement across the member lifecycle using CRM data and insights.
• Develop and coordinate recruitment, retention, renewal, and win-back initiatives; build partnerships and analyze trends.
• Plan and evaluate segmented recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and renewal campaigns with PR/Marketing.
• Support committee chairs by coordinating annual planning, meetings, logistics, agendas, minutes, and data.
