OKTOBER is seeking an exceptional operations leader to take over delivery from the founder and scale a fast-growing email and retention marketing agency for Shopify scale-ups across Europe.

You will run delivery across retention and design, develop team leads, drive operational performance across 40+ accounts, manage client escalations, build visibility and reporting, and shape senior hiring and agency growth. Remote work available across Europe/UK.

Qualifikationen

• Experience scaling operations within a growing digital, eCommerce or DTC agency.
• Experience leading other leaders, not just individual contributors.
• Strong understanding of agency economics, client relationships and multi-account management at pace.
• Experience in fast-moving agency environments (paid media, PPC, creative, retention or wider digital marketing).
• Ability to build systems and processes that prevent firefighting and drive consistency.

Aufgaben

• Deliver across Retention and Design: build playbooks, processes, and quality standards to scale the agency.
• Manage three Team Leads and through them 40+ people, developing leads and teams.
• Improve operational performance across multiple client accounts, increasing efficiency, accountability and consistency.
• Maintain client relationships and handle escalations to prevent issues reaching the founder.
• Provide systems, reporting and visibility to identify bottlenecks and keep delivery running smoothly.
• Lead senior hiring and shape the agency's structure and growth.
