Job summary

OKTOBER is a remote-first agency hiring an entry-level Email Retention Associate. You will own copywriting for multiple pod accounts, manage day-to-day scheduling, and support the account strategy alongside a Senior Retention Manager. This role offers real ownership from day one and a clear runway toward owning client strategy.

We are a remote-first team and ask that you can reliably attend 12–5pm CE(S)T. Dutch native required, with a hungry mindset to grow into strategic ownership over time.

Qualifications

• First agency experience is preferred.
• Experience writing email copy for DTC brands.
• Project management experience and ability to track tasks, approvals, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting for 5-6 pod accounts based on strategy.
• Maintain project momentum with status updates and approvals.
• Contribute to account strategy with Senior RM and develop strategic instincts.
• Pull and format reports for Senior RM decisions.
• Identify blockers before they affect clients.
