OKTOBER is a remote-first agency focused on email retention for DTC brands. This entry-level role offers real ownership from day one and a clear runway into owning client strategy as a Senior RM later.

You will own copywriting for multiple pod accounts, manage timelines, and contribute to strategy while working remotely with a team across time zones. The path progresses from Associate to Retention Manager, with strong emphasis on growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Ideally first agency experience.
• Experience with email copywriting for DTC brands.
• Experience with project management and deadlines.
• Reliable and self-motivated; follows through.
• Own mistakes and apply feedback.
• Ambition to grow into strategy and ownership.
• Must commit to 12-5pm CE(S)T.
• Native Dutch speaker.

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on strategy set by your pod's Senior RM.
• Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem.
