OKTOBER is a fast-growing Shopify retention agency. We are a remote-first team that works to turn one-time buyers into loyal customers, with a culture focused on data-driven decisions and client leadership. You will own the strategy for your pod’s top accounts and mentor junior marketers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience with high-value, high-complexity accounts.
• Full funnel understanding beyond email metrics.
• Ability to develop retention strategy from scratch.
• Strong client-facing skills and mentoring experience.
• Agency background or 8-fig+ brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage 5-6 Shopify brands doing over 5M/y.
• Own retention roadmap across portfolio: calendars, timing, revenue targets.
• Develop advanced retention strategies and review campaigns.
• Mentor RM1s and RM2s in client-facing skills and data-driven thinking.
• Run client onboarding and set expectations from day one.
• Stay at the cutting edge of retention marketing and share insights with the team.
