• Run day-to-day operations of the agency and ensure smooth workflows
• Own quality control and ensure deliverables meet standards
• Ensure processes are completed on time and correctly
• Be the main client contact, communicate clearly and proactively
• Manage accounts end-to-end and keep clients informed
• Monitor ad performance and KPI targets
• Verify connections/integrations stay live and tracked
• Coordinate with editors and the wider team to meet deadlines
