• Run day-to-day operations of the agency and ensure smooth workflows
• Own quality control and ensure deliverables meet standards

• Manage accounts end-to-end and keep clients informed
• Monitor ad performance and KPI targets
• Verify connections/integrations stay live and tracked

Scale Code — Performance Marketing Agency

We're a performance marketing agency that helps ambitious, high-margin businesses scale across the Netherlands and Europe. Our results depend on one thing: consistently delivering high-quality output. We're looking for a Manager of Operations to be the person who makes sure everything runs, on time, on standard, every single day.

You're the operational backbone of the agency. You keep clients happy, keep the team delivering, and keep a close eye on performance so nothing slips. You report directly to our CEO, Christophe.

What You'll Do

Operations & Delivery

• Run the day-to-day operations of the agency and keep everything flowing smoothly
• Own quality control, check that everything we deliver meets our standard before it goes out
• Make sure every part of the process is done correctly and on time

Client & Account Management

• Be the main point of contact for clients, clear, proactive and professional communication
• Manage accounts end to end and keep clients confident and informed

Performance & KPIs

• Monitor ad performance and keep results on track against targets
• Check that all connections and integrations stay live, tracking, CRM, automations
• Make sure our KPIs are met and flag issues before they become problems

Team Coordination

• Communicate with editors and the wider team, making sure they deliver what they should, on time
• Protect the quality and consistency of everything the agency produces, we live and die by our output
