Job summary

Vinted is seeking a DSA Manager for the Spark team within the Help Experience domain. You will build and lead a 6-person DSA group including Decision and Data Scientists and partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to elevate support tooling.

You will set measurement standards, drive experimentation rigor, and translate strategy into actionable plans. A strong leadership ethic and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a Decision Science, Data Analytics, or Data Science role and leadership/mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and design the Spark DSA team: hire, mentor, and structure a team of Decision and Data Scientists focused on support agent tools.
• Develop people through situational leadership: mentor staff across seniority levels and drive a direct feedback culture.
• Own how support quality is measured: define clear metrics to measure agent and vendor resolution quality.
• Drive the DSA standard and a cultural turnaround: improve experimentation, analytics, and ML modeling, and lead post-experiment reviews.
• Ensure high, sustainable team performance: accelerate experimentation and model deployment while maintaining quality.
• Co-create vision and strategy: shape vision, strategy, and roadmap for Spark, HEX, and DSA function with <12-month plans.
• Partner across functions: collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Support Ops as equals.
