Vinted seeks a Chief of Staff for the Data Science & Analytics function to align and engage a 300+ data team while ensuring execution of key data initiatives. The role reports to the VP of DSA and acts as a trusted advisor to keep the department running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, consulting, or strategic transformation roles.
• Proven track record in project management, engagement with senior stakeholders, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of DSA, guiding cadence, planning, problem analysis and communication.
• Own and run end-to-end reporting cycles (QBRs, OKRs, All Hands); create content, facilitate, follow up.
• Coordinate development and execution of key DSA strategies and cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding and academy programs; maintain efficient operating model with policies and ceremonies.
• Plan and manage key events and governance documentation; drive action and accountability.
• Support integration of AI into the data team's workflows; align with leadership on priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, track decisions, and ensure follow-through with senior teams.
• Author documents on vision, strategy, processes, and standards from high-level guidance.
