Job summary

Vinted is seeking a Manager of Data Science & Analytics for Payments to lead a growing analytics team and drive the strategy for a global payments platform. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data, Design, Business, Compliance and Finance to deliver data-powered solutions that scale.

The role requires a hands-on yet strategic leader who can balance experimentation with rigorous modelling, maintain delivery speed, and align decisions with company goals across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in payments or fintech (strongly preferred).
• Experience leading and growing a domain or team.
• Strong data background with hands-on experience.
• Ability to see big picture and propose systemic solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead an analytics-focused team and set clear direction.
• Build scalable data-products for the Payments domain.
• Drive data-driven decisions with high quality outputs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance and Compliance.
• Navigate ambiguity and unblock issues with leadership guidance.
