Job summary

Vinted Group is seeking a Data Analyst / Decision Scientist to join the Trust & Safety’s Actioning team. You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional product team with product managers, engineers, and other decision scientists to turn data into action.

You’ll lead hypothesis-driven experimentation, measure outcomes, and help your team make confident, data-driven decisions. You’ll build dashboards and contribute to policy and product improvements across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Decision Science, or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with business relevance.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods including A/B testing and inference.
• Hands-on SQL and Python for data analysis, with willingness to learn quickly.
• Familiar with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to identify opportunities and guide data-driven decisions.
• Drive hypothesis-driven experimentation from design to analysis.
• Analyze moderation, reporting, policy, and sanctioning flows for insights.
• Define and monitor KPIs, spot issues, and investigate root causes.
• Build dashboards and self-service analytics for teams.
