Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in FM or related sector with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role carrying significant P&L or operational responsibility.
• Proven track record of driving sustainable, profitable growth in a complex, multi-site service business.
• Proven experience building and sustaining senior client relationships in a B2B outsourcing or managed services environment.
• Experience of leading bid and tender processes at executive level.
• Familiarity with operating in a matrix organisation and developing leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy and growth across facilities management and projects.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned to company growth targets.
• Drive business development and client relationship initiatives at executive level.
• Monitor KPIs, financial metrics, and ensure disciplined execution across regions.
• Coach and develop senior leadership to sustain high performance.
