Job summary

NorthC Datacenters seeks a Group Finance Director to lead a scalable, global Finance function aligned with international growth. You will report to the CFO and coordinate across Group and local teams, standardizing processes and strengthening controls.

The role oversees accounting and reporting across the Group, ensures IFRS compliance and high-quality consolidated reporting, and drives efficiency through standardized systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, accounting & control or related field.
• Postgraduate RA and/or RC qualification.
• Extensive experience in accounting, consolidation and external reporting (GAAP/IFRS).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a scalable Group Finance organization to support international growth.
• Oversee Accounting & Reporting across the Group with IFRS compliance and consolidated management reporting.
• Drive efficiency and standardization of processes, reporting standards, systems, and internal controls.
• Lead key financial processes: closings, annual statements, audits, budgeting, forecasting, financing and refinancing.
• Support post‑merger integration and act as a trusted partner to country Finance leaders.
