Job summary

Clear. is expanding its EMEA sales leadership and seeks a Sales Director to own the commercial strategy and drive new business with top data centre clients across Neo Cloud and Hyperscale markets.

You will lead strategic account plans, own the full sales cycle from first engagement to contract award, and work with technical teams to tailor solutions whilst representing the business at industry events.

Qualifications

• Significant experience selling into the data centre sector.
• Strong relationships with Hyperscale, Neo Cloud, Colocation or operators.
• Proven track record of winning large strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across Hyperscale and Neo Cloud data centre markets.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and operators.
• Identify new market opportunities and major infrastructure programmes.
• Own full sales cycle from engagement to contract award.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor data centre solutions.
• Lead high-value tenders, proposals and negotiations.
• Represent the business at industry events and client meetings.
• Provide market intelligence to the leadership team.
• Drive a strong pipeline and revenue growth.
