Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Amsterdam seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for the Data Centre Solutions business unit. You will act as a financial partner to the Unit Director, driving governance, reporting and performance enhancement across contracts.

The role requires CA qualification, strong FP&A experience, and leadership in a matrix environment. You will manage a team and influence senior management on financial matters.

Qualifications

• HQC Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent.
• Proven FP&A, reporting and governance experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial systems.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Business Unit Director on financial performance.
• Develop high-quality client relationships within the unit.
• Manage contract governance and cost elements thoroughly.
• Prepare monthly BU reports including P&L, balance sheet and commentary.
• Lead financial analysis for risks, opportunities and forecasts.
• Collaborate with CBRE Finance and other functions to align deliverables.
