Job summary

CBRE requires a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations, controls and management information for the Business Unit in London/Amsterdam. You will partner with the BU Director to influence performance, manage contracts and drive improvements across reporting, governance and cash flow.

You will lead a finance team, deliver monthly reviews, P&L and balance sheet analyses, and provide insightful financial guidance to senior management in a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• CA qualification or equivalent.
• Higher education to A-level or degree level.
• Strong IT and data reporting skills.
• Experience in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner to the Business Unit Director on financial performance.
• Develop high quality client relationships and governance of contracts.
• Prepare monthly contract and BU reviews with P&L, balance sheet, and forecasts.
• Provide ad hoc FP&A support and MI to CBRE management.
• Drive cash-flow, margin improvement and cost control.
• Lead the finance team, appraisals and development plans.
