Job summary

Clear. is expanding its EMEA sales leadership and seeks a Sales Director to own the commercial strategy and drive new business with top data centre clients across Neo Cloud and Hyperscale markets.

You will lead strategic account plans, own the full sales cycle from first engagement to contract award, and work with technical teams to tailor solutions whilst representing the business at industry events.

Qualifications

• Significant experience selling into the data centre sector.
• Strong relationships with Hyperscale, Neo Cloud, Colocation or operators.
• Proven track record of winning large strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Clear. are currently working with a rapidly growing data centre business that is expanding its presence across the Neo Cloud and Hyperscale markets. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Director to take ownership of their commercial strategy and drive new business across some of the most significant data centre clients in the market.

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy across key data centre accounts, with a particular focus on Neo Cloud and Hyperscale customers.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a strategic sales plan across the Hyperscale and Neo Cloud data centre market
• Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with key clients, developers, operators and technology businesses
• Identifying new market opportunities, upcoming data centre developments and major infrastructure programmes
• Developing strategic account plans and converting relationships into long-term revenue
• Owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to commercial negotiation and contract award
• Working closely with technical, project and operational teams to develop solutions aligned with client requirements
• Leading high-value tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations
• Developing the company's presence within new and emerging data centre markets
• Representing the business at industry events and within senior client meetings
• Providing market intelligence and strategic direction to the wider leadership team
• Building a strong pipeline and delivering against ambitious revenue and growth targets

Desired Experience

• A strong network across the European data centre market
