Job summary

Databricks in Amsterdam is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Forward Deployed Engineering to lead and grow the EMEA AI FDE team. You will guide customers through AI/ML transformations, recruit top data scientists and ML engineers, and drive strategic initiatives with executives.

You will coordinate with Product, Research, and GTM, define scalable delivery models, and own OKRs for AI-services accounts. This is a senior, customer-facing leadership role at the forefront of GenAI adoption.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading high-performing AI/ML teams and scaling organisations.
• Proven ability to guide enterprise engagements from scope to delivery.
• Deep expertise in ML, GenAI, data science with cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale AI/ML services team across EMEA.
• Develop executive relationships with VP+/CIO/CDO level stakeholders.
• Define joint strategies with Field Engineering and Sales for strategic accounts.
• Shape engagement models and reusable solutions for repeatable delivery.
