Salesforce is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to welcome guests and support a seamless experience at a high-profile site. You will greet visitors, handle calls and emails, and coordinate passes, parking, mail, and office supplies to ensure a smooth daily operation.

Fluency in English and Dutch, plus hospitality experience, are essential. The role offers Monday–Friday on-site work and a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality experience in roles like Hotel Receptionist or Concierge.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; MBO-level education in Hotel/Facility Management is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist candidates, employees, suppliers, and visitors.
• Manage phone calls and emails; ensure information flows smoothly.
• Coordinate visitor passes, parking permits, and office supplies; manage mail duties.
• Keep the reception area, mailroom and printer rooms tidy and welcoming.
• Identify and report issues to maintain a safe working environment.
