The Social Hub is seeking an AsaFront Office Host to greet guests, manage check-ins, and help guests feel at home. You will navigate the lobby with warmth, share local tips, and connect guests to activities while collaborating with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams.

Strong English and Dutch language skills are essential. Join a dynamic, multi-national hospitality concept with growth opportunities and vibrant events across Europe.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes guests feel at home.
• Able to switch between tasks without losing your smile.
• Proactive mindset and turning small moments into memorable ones.
• Comfort with digital tools like PMS, kiosks, or guest messaging apps.
• Clear communication in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences.
• Jump in with bookings for activities, restaurants and everything in between.
• Share guest insights and feedback with the team to improve every stay.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
• Represent TSH by promoting our outlets and spotting upsell opportunities.
