Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 4–6 years Front Office or Rooms Division experience in upscale or luxury resort, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in creating unique guest experiences and driving guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Front Office and Guest Services team in delivering personalized, authentic, and memorable experiences.
• Ensures flawless arrivals and departures, with focus on VIPs, repeat guests, and celebrations.
• Create surprise and delight moments and collaborate with F&B, Housekeeping and Guest Experience teams to elevate service standards.
• Acts as brand storyteller and ambassador, inspiring associates to share Curaçao’s culture with guests.
• Manages day-to-day operations and understands duties to cover in employees’ absence.
• Analyzes guest feedback and service metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive loyalty.
• Develops action plans to raise guest satisfaction and aligns initiatives with business goals.
• Coordinates with Revenue Management and Reservations to optimize inventory and placements.
