Job summary

Baoase Curaçao is seeking an organized Front Office Supervisor to lead daily guest services in our luxury resort. You will supervise the front desk team, coach colleagues, and ensure flawless guest journeys while coordinating with other departments to maintain premium standards.

Candidates should have 2-4 years of front office or guest services experience in a luxury setting, a hospitality degree, fluency in English and Dutch, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Front Office or Guest Services experience in a luxury resort or upscale hotel environment.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Dutch (additional languages a plus).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations to ensure guest experiences and luxury service standards.
• Lead, coach, and support front office team in collaboration with the Front Office Manager.
• Oversee check-ins/check-outs, room assignments, reservations, billing, and PMS use for accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and work with other departments to support operations.
