Job summary

Adagio Amsterdam City South is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience. You will assist with breakfast and meetings, upsell hotel services, and stay informed about facilities and promotions.

As a frontline team member, you will deliver an exceptional guest experience, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing shifts while maintaining security and safety standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask while delivering excellent guest service.
• Experience in a branded hospitality environment is preferred, but training is provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing shifts and guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Promote hotel services and facilities to guests.
• Assist with breakfast service and events when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions and safety procedures.
• Provide feedback to team members and other departments as necessary.
• Ensure security and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Uphold brand standards for guest experience and cleanliness.
