Leonardo Hotel Groningen City Center is seeking a service-minded Host who welcomes guests and handles check-ins, check-outs and questions. You will share local recommendations and assist with reservations, while ensuring a warm, efficient guest experience in a central Groningen setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
• You share recommendations and offer to make reservations.
• You take calls and handle room reservation requests.
• You help guests with luggage and ensure a warm farewell.
• You support the breakfast service and assist in the lobby when needed.
• You maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
