Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Groningen City Center is seeking a friendly Host to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and answer questions to create memorable experiences.

You will assist with reservations, handle calls, help with luggage, support breakfast service, and keep the lobby inviting. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; other languages are a plus. This role is based in a vibrant city center hotel with 93 rooms.

Qualifications

• Guest-first mindset with hospitality experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the front desk and handle check-ins/outs.
• Assist guests with reservations, calls and room requests.
• Help with luggage and provide a warm farewell.
• Support breakfast service and lobby operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
