Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is seeking a Front Office Host(ess) to warmly welcome guests and deliver attentive service at the front desk. You will manage arrivals, departures, and guest requests while upholding brand standards and ensuring a smooth check-in experience.

This full-time role requires excellent English communication, calm organisation in a fast-paced environment, and a guest-focused mindset. The position offers Horeca CAO wages starting at €2,505.04 gross per month with eligible benefits

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to ensure consistent service.
• Manage guest journey including check-ins and check-outs and all guest requests across channels.
• Handle reservations, payments, and front office administrative tasks accurately.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B for smooth daily operations.
