Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven invites a Front Office Host(ess) to warmly welcome guests and deliver attentive service throughout their stay. You will manage arrivals, departures, and requests while keeping a well-organised front desk and supporting cross-department collaboration.

You will typically handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and front desk tasks with accuracy, aiming for guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure consistent service.
• Manage guest journey: check-ins, check-outs, and requests across channels.
• Handle reservations, payments, and front desk administrative tasks.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming front desk in line with brand standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B to ensure smooth daily operations.
