Park Plaza Eindhoven in the heart of the City of Light is seeking a Front Office Host(ess) to welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service at every interaction. You will manage arrivals, departures, and guest requests while maintaining an organised front desk and supporting cross-department collaboration.

As a Front Office Host(ess), you will ensure guests feel welcome and cared for throughout their stay by delivering warm, attentive service at every interaction. The position manages arrivals, departures, and guest requests while maintaining a well-organised front desk environment and plays a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to service standards, while also supporting cross-departmental collaboration when needed.

Essential Requirements

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in Front Office or guest-facing hospitality roles
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS)
• Knowledge of Eindhoven or willingness to develop local expertise
• Dutch or any additional language skills; is an advantage
• Experience handling guest requests and service recovery
