Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam - NDSM Wharf is seeking a motivated Front Office Agent for a full-time, on-site role. You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/out, manage bookings, and assist with guest queries to ensure a memorable stay.

Fluent English is required; Dutch is desirable. Suitable candidates may have prior Front Office experience, or be open to training and development within a supportive hotel team. Morning and evening shifts, including weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• English fluency is required, Dutch is a plus.
• Experience at front desk is helpful but training is provided.
• Comfort with computers and hotel software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out swiftly and generate keys and IDs.
• Handle bookings, upsell opportunities, and city information.
• Provide warm, responsive guest service and resolve requests.
• Process cash and card transactions and respond to reviews.
• Assist with guest safety and security and perform admin tasks.
• Answer phone calls and support the front desk operations.
