Babassu is seeking a Marketing & E-commerce Growth Manager to bridge marketing, ecommerce, retail and buying, turning ideas into concrete initiatives. You will own strategy, campaigns and projects from concept to delivery, working closely with clubs, launches and seasonal beauty projects.

You will drive the webshop growth, with a focus on SEO, SEA, conversion and the online journey, while coordinating influencer and PR collaborations and partnerships.

Formación

• Several years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in e-commerce and project management.
• Degree level education; ability to work independently, strategically and hands-on.
• Strong sense for brands, presentation and commerce.
• Understanding of how online marketing channels work together (email, SEO, SEA).
• Strong communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop marketing strategy and annual planning and marketing calendar.
• Initiate and coordinate campaigns and marketing projects from idea to delivery.
• Develop activations around brands, product launches, events and promotions.
• Develop Club Babassu, email marketing and marketing automation further.
• Grow and improve the webshop with focus on SEO, SEA, conversion and customer journey.
• Coordinate influencer and PR collaborations, events and partnerships.
• Translate campaigns to boutiques and online channels.
• Develop and coordinate Babassu projects (Summer/ Winter Bags, Sample Sets).
• Keep track of deadlines, budgets and priorities and ensure team alignment.
• Spot commercial opportunities and turn them into concrete actions.
