Job summary

Beaumont Amsterdam seeks an experienced Digital Manager to lead the digital strategy and growth for BEAUMONT, Reset, Creenstone and District. You will align business objectives with an integrated digital approach and ensure a consistent brand experience across all online channels.

You will work closely with marketing, sales and operations, managing internal teams and external partners to drive performance, optimise conversion, and enhance the customer journey across international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital or e-commerce roles, preferably within fashion.
• Experience managing multiple brands or business units is a strong advantage.
• Strong strategic insight combined with a hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of Shopify, analytics tools and digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop an overarching digital strategy for BEAUMONT, Reset, Creenstone and District.
• Identify trends and opportunities within e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Drive international growth and scalability for each brand.
• Manage the digital team and external partners.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for each brand.
• Optimise collaboration between internal departments.
• Responsible for performance and further development of online shops.
• Improve conversion, UX and brand consistency for each brand.
• Monitor and enhance the customer journey, including after-sales and logistics.
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV and CLTV; set up dashboards and translate data into optimisations.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and integrate online and offline campaigns.
• Determine online product range and purchasing strategy based on data; monitor stock levels.
