Job summary

Marie-Stella-Maris is seeking a Performance Marketing & SEO Lead to grow our e-commerce revenue through paid media, affiliate marketing, and organic search. You will drive annual roadmaps, coordinate agencies, and own SEO initiatives with our e-commerce team.

You’ll need strong analytics, campaign execution skills and a commercial mindset. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with a collaborative, proactive approach to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong understanding of paid media channels and experience coordinating campaign execution and improving performance.
• Practical SEO experience, with the ability to turn insights into concrete website improvements.
• A commercial mindset and a clear understanding of revenue, acquisition costs and marketing efficiency.
• A proactive approach: you’re comfortable following up, challenging recommendations and taking ownership of delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Define the annual paid media roadmap, channel priorities, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate with external paid media agency to deliver KPIs across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, display, TikTok, Pinterest, and other channels.
• Coordinate campaign delivery, briefs, assets, approvals, launches, and updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Design to create assets for paid media channels and affiliate partners.
• Monitor spend and performance against targets (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue).
• Identify opportunities to improve results through targeting, testing, budget allocation, and optimization.
• Ensure campaign messaging, product availability, tracking, and landing pages are aligned before launch.
• Take ownership of SEO improvements using BrightEdge and other data sources.
• Identify keyword and content opportunities aligned with product assortment and customer search behavior.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and organic revenue to guide improvements.
