Job summary

Maersk E-Commerce is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across the Benelux and Nordic regions. You will bridge product, sales and customers, converting market opportunities into revenue realization and guiding opportunities from qualification to go-live.

In this role you will collaborate with regional teams, shape how the e-commerce proposition is positioned, and lead strategic engagements with customers to expand relationships and volumes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, commercial strategy, consultative sales or customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, parcel logistics, last-mile delivery or similar service industries.
• Experience building pipelines and converting opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and country sales teams to drive understanding and adoption of Maersk's e-commerce offering.
• Develop compelling value propositions, customer use cases and sales enablement materials.
• Identify, qualify and develop new commercial opportunities across Benelux and the Nordics.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline with forecasting and tracking.
