Job summary

Influencer Hero is seeking a Head of Growth to own the growth and marketing strategy, drive qualified pipeline and revenue, and build a world-class growth function. This hands-on leadership role requires setting the strategy, executing rapidly, analyzing results, and scaling teams and processes.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Sales and the founders, shaping ICP, ABM, and enterprise GTM while elevating content and positioning for mid-market and enterprise buyers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or marketing with ownership of growth or pipeline.
• Track record of scaling SaaS companies, ideally in early-to-growth stage.
• Experience generating qualified pipeline and revenue, not just traffic or impressions.
• Strong understanding of organic growth, content, SEO and AI/GEO-driven acquisition.
• Experience marketing to US/UK/European B2B buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and marketing strategy with targets for pipeline, ARR, CAC, and revenue.
• Scale inbound engine via SEO, GEO/AI search, content, email, paid, social, webinars, events.
• Build new growth channels and improve existing ones.
• Collaborate withSales and founders on ICP, ABM, enterprise GTM and pipeline.
• Elevate positioning, website, case studies, and content for mid-market/enterprise.
• Build and lead a marketing team with internal hires, freelancers, agencies, and AI workflows.
• Develop a rigorous experimentation culture: launch, measure, scale what works.
• Track CAC, funnel metrics, channel ROI, and marketing efficiency.
• Own budget and technology stack; leverage AI to increase output.
