Job summary

S[&]T is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager in the Netherlands to own and shape our marketing function. The role covers product marketing, digital campaigns, content, events and brand development, with close collaboration across management, product, and engineering teams.

You will translate complex technology into compelling market propositions, plan digital activity, and drive GTM initiatives while building a capable marketing team over time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant marketing experience at senior levels.
• Strong product marketing, positioning and GTM experience.
• B2B and/or technology marketing in complex industries.
• Expertise in digital marketing and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with CMS, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.
• Proactive, independent, and able to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and roadmap.
• Own product and proposition marketing, including positioning and GTM.
• Translate complex tech into clear customer-facing content.
• Plan and optimise digital marketing: website, SEO/SEA, social and email.
• Create content such as materials, case studies, articles and campaigns.
• Coordinate product launches, events and other marketing activities.
• Use insights and data to measure and improve marketing outcomes.
• Collaborate with management, Business Development, Product and Engineering.
• Manage external partners and agencies where required.
• Establish marketing processes, tools and ways of working.
• Help build and grow a marketing team as the organisation scales.
