Job summary

TECHLETES is looking for a Founding GTM Lead who will shape how we go to market and work directly with the founders to sharpen ICPs and commercial propositions. You will build the systems, playbooks, and processes behind our growth, and create new opportunities in the market yourself.

You will not enter a finished sales machine, but you will start from a solid base with proven demand. As growth continues, you will assemble and lead the commercial team and scale outbound, partnerships, and

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch and professionally proficient in English.
Experience in founding or early GTM roles at a startup is a strong plus.
Experience selling B2B AI or tech-services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Build and continuously improve outbound and GTM approach.
Create new commercial opportunities through prospecting and direct conversations with potential customers.
Sharpen ICPs, propositions and sales cadence with founders.
Build commercial infrastructure: CRM, pipeline management, qualification and sales playbooks.
Test segments, channels, and approaches; scale successful ones.
Utilize AI and automation to enhance prospecting, research, outreach and follow-up.
Collaborate with founders on high-value opportunities and gradually take ownership of more of the commercial cycle.
