Zusammenfassung

Treatwell is seeking a data-driven B2B CRM Marketing Executive to execute reactive, lifecycle campaigns across our SaaS products (Salonized, Treatwell Connect, Treatwell Expert).

Reporting to the B2B CRM Manager, you will build and deliver campaigns that get new products and features into salon partners’ hands, respond quickly to ad hoc business needs, and keep partners engaged with the value of our SaaS products over time.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in B2B CRM or lifecycle marketing in tech/ SaaS.
• Strong data-driven approach to optimize campaigns.
• Ability to manage multi-market campaigns end-to-end.
• Fluent English; other European languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns for product launches.
• Manage reactive and ad hoc campaigns from briefs to sends.
• Build lifecycle campaigns to reduce churn and boost engagement.
• Localise content for multiple markets and languages.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales and Supply to meet timelines.
