Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Head of Growth for Benelux & Nordics, hybrid in Amsterdam/Rotterdam. Lead high-value technology opportunities, shape strategy and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to deliver differentiated client propositions.

You will collaborate with CDOs, CTOs and other senior digital leaders, driving growth and managing complex pitches from initial conversation through to close. A senior commercial leader role within our Experience & Engineering business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of originating, shaping and closing complex technology services opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation and joint sales strategies with key platforms.
• Ability to translate client challenges into a clear strategic opportunity and pitch direction.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex technology pitches from qualification to close.
• Define win strategy, core narrative and commercial storyline for priority opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate input from strategists, technologists, designers and delivery experts.
• Maintain ownership of the commercial narrative throughout the opportunity.
