Job summary

ING Investments is seeking a Customer Journey Expert Growth & Marketing Advisory Products to drive commercial growth for advisory investment propositions. You will work with product managers and growth specialists to translate insights into campaigns, activations and optimized customer journeys that increase acquisition, activation and retention.

You will collaborate with advisory channels and relationship managers to ensure campaigns and propositions are translated into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset required.
• Affinity with customer communications, campaigns and activations.
• Ability to translate insights into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of commercial growth initiatives and marketing campaigns for advisory investment products.
• Contribute to customer communications, campaign materials and advisor communications.
• Identify growth opportunities based on customer behavior and market developments.
• Optimize digital and assisted customer journeys to improve conversion and engagement.
• Set up, monitor and evaluate experiments and commercial initiatives.
• Analyze campaign data and translate findings into improvement proposals.
• Coordinate activities with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Distribution teams.
• Support launches and commercialization of new investment solutions.
• Prepare presentations and materials for internal stakeholders and advisory channels.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives for ING's investments ambitions.
