Job summary

Rituals is expanding its Digital New Business & Growth function to scale the next generation of growth channels and business models. You will partner with the Head of New Digital Business to identify new markets, build compelling business cases and drive AI-enabled commerce, shaping investment decisions and partnerships from Amsterdam and beyond.

You will lead with a commercial mindset, connecting consumer insights, technology and cross‑functional teams to turn strategy into measurable results,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital commerce, e-commerce, marketplaces, platforms, strategy or growth environments.
• Proven ownership including P&L planning, forecasting and business case development.
• Experience entering new markets or developing platform/channel strategies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across commercial, digital and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development by identifying new markets, platforms, channels and business models and turning opportunities into well-founded growth proposals.
• Support the shaping of the channel mix by developing a clear view of the role and potential of each channel, and feed clear recommendations on where to invest, scale, experiment or pull back.
• Drive the execution of agentic commerce and AI opportunities, translating the strategic vision into concrete use cases, roadmaps and initiatives that create measurable commercial value.
• Steer strategic marketplace and platform partnerships, including challenging partners on performance, ambition and commercial opportunities.
• Provide commercial challenge and governance to Master Franchise markets, ensuring partners operate against clear ambitions and identifying opportunities for further digital growth.
• Improve cross-functional ways of working with Product, Data, Tech, Supply Chain and other teams to remove friction and enable scalable growth.
• Bring market and competitive insights into the organisation, continuously challenging where we play, how we win and what capabilities we need next.
