Job summary

BLoSH is hiring a Graduate Software Engineer in Amsterdam for a full-time, on-site role. You will implement new trading algorithms in Rust and work with engineers and analysts to improve trading behavior, including design and performance optimization across systems and networks.

The role targets candidates who recently completed an MSc and have 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably with Rust, C or C++.

Qualifications

• Recent MSc in a relevant field (e.g., CS, software engineering).
• 1–2 years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Proven experience with Rust, C or C++.
• Strong understanding of memory management, concurrency and low-latency systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement new trading algorithms and functionality in Rust.
• Collaborate with software engineers and quantitative analysts to improve trading behavior.
• Design new system components and analyse performance across code and networked systems.
• Take ownership of work and lead changes to strengthen systems and trading results.
