Job summary
Coinmerce is seeking a Trading Engineer to join the QuantFi-backed trading team in the Netherlands. You will develop, maintain and scale the backend of our crypto trading platform, work with traders to implement strategies and integrate third-party APIs.
The role requires a MSc or equivalent, 4+ years in software with at least 2 years in Rust, and a strong focus on high-throughput, low-latency systems with networking knowledge. Office in Schiphol-Rijk; CI/CD deployment experience is essential.
Qualifications
- Requires MSc or equivalent in a technical field.
- 4+ years software experience, with ≥2 years in Rust.
- Experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems.
- Strong understanding of TCP/UDP networking.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- CI/CD deployment experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and scale the backend of the trading platform.
- Implement new trading strategies with traders.
- Integrate and connect third-party APIs.
- Provide operational support to traders.
