Job summary

A2G Consulting BV (A2G Technologies) is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting, Integration & Testing Consultant in Amsterdam. The role focuses on HCM reporting, testing, dashboards, and integrations across multiple Workday customers.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of experience, hands-on Workday reporting expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement. Hybrid work format: 2 days WFH, 3 days in office, with a 12-month contract and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Perform functional, integration, and system testing for Workday applications, reports, and dashboards.
• Create and manage system test environments for development and enhancement projects.
• Develop complex reports including: Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, BIRT Reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize calculated fields for workforce and payroll analytics.
• Optimize Workday report performance and usability.
• Implement secure RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) reports for downstream integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
• Conduct report security audits and access validation activities.
• Support production incidents, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests related to Workday reporting.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
