Job summary

ACT Commodities is seeking a Workday & HR Technology Specialist to enhance global HR processes and expand our HR technology capabilities. You will implement and expand Workday modules across countries, including Performance, Compensation, Benefits and Reporting.

Based in or able to work hybrid from Amsterdam, with permission to work in the Netherlands. Coordinate testing, train users and collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, and external partners on system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR technology.
• Experience with Workday or similar systems across countries.
• Experience with integrations, data management and project delivery.
• Strong communication and training capability.

Responsibilities

• Improve global HR processes and expand HR technology capabilities.
• Implement and expand Workday modules across countries.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions across processes, integrations, data and reporting.
• Coordinate testing, train users and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal and external partners on system improvements.
• Support HR and recruitment technology including ATS, payroll and employee experience tools.
