Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Total Rewards Business Partner to lead reward design end-to-end and advise senior leaders. You will shape global architectures, drive salary framework modernization, and manage sales incentive programs across regions.

In this role, you will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and TA to build scalable, commercially effective reward programs, balancing global consistency with local flexibility and ensuring data-driven insights for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven background in total rewards design and implementation.
• Experience with international reward architectures and salary grading.
• Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive and related market trends.
• Advanced financial modeling and data skills to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience using benchmark data sources (Mercer, WTW) and HRIS tools such as Workday.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners across functions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain global reward architecture, including grading, salary ranges, and job families.
• Own the sales incentive plan end-to-end—design, calibration, cost modeling, and alignment.
• Advise senior leadership on reward frameworks and pay transparency.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to build scalable reward programs.
• Identify reward risks and opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
• Provide credible compensation counsel to executives while handling confidential data.
