Job summary

TomTom is seeking a Global Rewards Partner - Benefits to shape and evolve its global benefits offering, governance, and employee experience. You will own the benefits product, partnering with People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Procurement, and providers to balance global consistency with local needs.

You will lead benefits reviews, market benchmarking, and renewals, driving improvement in wellbeing, engagement, and retention while aligning with the total rewards philosophy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in global benefits, compensation & benefits, or total rewards in international environments.
• Experience managing global vendors, brokers, and external partners.
• Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory knowledge across jurisdictions.
• Ability to lead complex benefits projects and change initiatives.
• Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Proficiency with HRIS/benefits platforms, especially Workday.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve TomTom's global benefits offering and governance framework.
• Lead benefits reviews, market benchmarking, and renewal cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement of the benefits offering to support wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure the benefits offering aligns with TomTom's people strategy and total rewards philosophy.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, and benefits providers globally.
• Lead provider selection, tender, and renewal processes.
