Job summary

Royal Terberg Group seeks a Senior Manager Global Rewards to shape the reward agenda across the international organisation. You will lead compensation and benefits, ensure fairness, transparency and alignment with business objectives while collaborating with HR, Finance and leadership across countries.

Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will develop analyses, advise on governance and drive HR data maturity, sustainability reporting and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits and rewards.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or Economics or equivalent.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience in HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Group-wide rewards roadmap aligned with HR strategy.
• Professionalise Group-wide reward policies and frameworks (salary structures, variable pay, promotions).
• Own and develop the Group job framework, including evaluation and grading.
• Coordinate annual salary and bonus review with governance and reliable data.
• Monitor external market trends and translate into practical recommendations for Terberg.
• Advise senior management on compensation, benefits and body of rewards matters.
• Support CSRD/ESRS data collection and reporting requirements.
