Job summary

TomTom is seeking a Global Rewards Partner - Benefits to shape and evolve our global benefits offering, governance, and employee experience. You will own the design, governance, and lifecycle of pension, health, life, and mobility benefits across regions, balancing global consistency with local market needs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in global benefits, compensation & benefits, or total rewards within an international or multinational environment.
• Deep expertise in benefits design, governance, pensions, insurance, and employee wellbeing programs.
• Experience managing global vendors, brokers, and external partners.
• Experience leading complex benefits projects, transformations, and change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve TomTom's global benefits offering and governance framework.
• Lead benefits reviews, market benchmarking, and renewal cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement of the benefits offering to support employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure the benefits offering aligns with TomTom's people strategy and total rewards philosophy.
• Own the design, governance, and lifecycle management of pension and retirement programs, health and medical benefits, and life, disability, and accident insurance.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, and benefits providers globally; lead provider selection, tender, and renewal processes.
