Genmab is seeking a Head of Total Rewards to architect a future-ready, global rewards strategy. The role blends executive compensation, governance, and digital enablement to scale governance and equity programs worldwide.

The position leads a global team, partners with Boards and HR, and drives automation, analytics, and wellbeing initiatives across markets, with hybrid onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in total rewards with global leadership.
• Deep expertise in executive compensation design, governance, and disclosure.
• Proven success implementing technology, analytics, and automation within HR or total rewards functions.
• Experience designing shared-service or center of excellence models across geographies.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits regulations across multiple markets.
• Exceptional ability to influence and communicate at the executive and Board level.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing global teams and capability growth.
• Ability to translate external best practices into actionable biotech-specific strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the evolution of Genmab's total rewards philosophy and structure for a global organization.
• Design a modern operating model that integrates regional teams and centers of excellence.
• Drive standardization and automation to improve quality, transparency, and efficiency.
• Lead a strategic compensation team with analytics for HR Partners, Talent, and COEs.
• Ensure Total Rewards evolves to meet growth and science-driven needs.
• Advise the Board on executive and equity compensation and governance.
• Design ESG-linked incentive plans aligned with strategy and culture.
• Oversee global compensation, benefits, recognition, and mobility programs.
• Implement digital total rewards platforms and analytics capabilities.
• Build and mentor a global total rewards team and governance structures.
