Job summary

TomTom is seeking a Global Rewards Partner - Benefits to shape and evolve its global benefits offering, governance, and employee experience. You will own the benefits portfolio and work with People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Procurement, and external providers to balance global consistency with local market needs.

The role focuses on pension, health, life and disability insurance, mobility benefits, work-life and family programs, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in global benefits, compensation & benefits, or total rewards within an international or multinational environment.
• Deep expertise in benefits design, governance, pensions, insurance, and employee wellbeing programs.
• Experience managing global vendors, brokers, and external partners.
• Experience leading complex benefits projects, transformations, and change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve TomTom's global benefits offering and governance framework.
• Lead benefits reviews, market benchmarking, and renewal cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement of the benefits offering to support employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
• Manage pension, health, life, disability, and other insurance and mobility benefits.
• Oversee vendor and broker management, selection, tender, and renewal processes.
• Ensure compliance with global and local benefits legislation and risk management.
• Develop employee communications and education on benefits programs.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Procurement to deliver integrated rewards solutions.
